There are only three sleeps to go until King’s Ely OsFest and Colour Run 2024!

OsFest – our annual summer fete style extravaganza organised by boys in Osmond House – is being held on Friday, April 26th, from 4.40pm-6.30pm. The Colour Run, which is organised by girls in Torfrida House, will start at 6.30pm, after OsFest.

As ever, members of our school community of all ages can get involved in these family-orientated fundraising events, including students, staff, parents, carers, grandparents, Old Eleans and friends of the school. Both events take place on New Field (adjacent to our Barton Farm site).

Entry to OsFest is free, although make sure you have money with you to spend on the stalls and attractions! Expect tug-of-war competitions, welly wanging, whack-a-rat, sports challenges, sponge the teacher, face painting, music, raffles and refreshments galore.

Participation in the Colour Run is £5 per person. You can run, walk or skip the 2-kilometre route. You are advised to wear dark clothes or garments that you do not mind getting messy though! You can register for the Colour Run here: https://www.kingsely.org/news-events/box-office/

Proceeds from both events will go towards our campaign to raise £20,000 to build a new classroom at our link school in Malawi, through the Hope4Malawi charity.

Make sure OsFest and the Colour Run are in your diaries!
