KING’S Ely Acremont Pre-Prep’s Year 2 pupils visited King’s Ely Junior on February 5th to enjoy a flavour of what adventures beckon in Year 3!
‘Transition Morning’ saw the children meeting Mrs Staward, Miss Cullum and other members of the Year 3 Teaching Team, exploring the classrooms and play areas they will be using come September, and unleashing their creativity in a variety of Valentine-themed art and craft activities.
Activity mornings like this give an exciting glimpse of the children’s years ahead, and close communication between our Year 2 and Year 3 teachers ensures that this important transition is a very positive experience.
