“My son, Kyan, joined King’s Ely Acremont Nursery (KEAN) in October 2017. Leaving him at such a young age and returning to work was difficult, but the staff could not have been more supportive. They would comfort him and text me shortly afterwards, once he had settled. It wasn’t long before he settled right in and began waving goodbye and blowing me kisses.
“Almost three years on, Kyan is continuing to grow and make amazing progress. His key worker always communicates with me regularly and sets age appropriate targets for him that are reviewed regularly. More recently, the Nursery has provided much-needed childcare (I’m a nurse) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff showed great dedication, kindness and professionalism throughout. I’m forever grateful for all the support we have and continue to receive.
