IN Science Club at King’s Ely Junior, the final test for our budding engineers before half term was to use the wind turbines they had made to try and raise a packet of Haribo to the top of the bench!
It turned out to be a nail-biting finish with surprisingly little depending on the initial country budget given.
Congratulations to our winners, pictured, representing Argentina with the lowest budget available. They managed an impressive time of 8.41 seconds and were well rewarded with a bar of chocolate (chemical energy!)
