THE theme of this year’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans History Month UK is ‘Body, Mind, Spirit’ and students in Years 9-13 at King’s Ely are being given lots of opportunities to learn more about perceptions towards same-sex relationships and how we define ‘gender diversity’.
One of our students has launched a creative arts competition, where all King’s Ely Senior students can create a work of art with the theme ‘Body, Mind, Spirit’. Entries can be prose, painting, poetry or anything on the creative spectrum!
Entries close on March 5th and will be judged by Mr Allen and our LGBTQ+/Diversity Student Panel. Students should email their entries to benallen@kingsely.org
