INSTRUCTORS from Outspoken Training were at King’s Ely Junior last week running ‘Bikeability’ sessions with our Year 5 pupils.

The organisation visits schools across East Anglia delivering Bikeability lessons, which are designed to equip children with the skills, confidence and enthusiasm to make more journeys by bicycle.

Our young cyclists donned their safety helmets and hi-vis vests before taking to the roads and streets of Ely to practice their hand signals, improve their navigation skills and execute some tricky manoeuvres.

Well done to our Year 5s for giving the sessions their all and to the instructors for their patience and professionalism!
