Our Year 3 King’s Ely Junior pupils had a whale of a time helping to decorate the Christmas tree at Ely Cathedral yesterday (November 28th).

The children were invited to join in on the festivities by Katie Haydn-Slater, who owns Wild Oak Workshops, who is a King’s Ely parent, and who oversees the decoration of the Cathedral’s tree each year.

Year 3s got covered in glitter (sorry parents!) but they had SO much fun – as did their Teachers.

The Cathedral’s Christmas Tree Lights Switch-on Service is being held on Sunday 4th December at 5.15pm. All are welcome!
