Benefaction has underpinned the progress of our school for over 1,000 years. The generosity of past donors is recorded on buildings such as the Hayward Theatre, the Morbey Hall and the Gibson Music School. An extraordinary, anonymous gift enabled King’s Ely to acquire the Old Palace in 2011. Magnificently restored, it is now home to our Sixth Form.
Equally vital to our school community is funding for students’ places through bursaries and scholarships, which have been generously supported by charitable trusts and individual giving. King’s Ely would not be the vibrant place it is today without such tremendous support – thank you!
