Look how much money our King’s Ely Junior pupils, families and staff managed to raise for their chosen charities in 2022!
Every Lent Term, pupils in Years 3 to 8 nominate and vote for charities that they would like to support throughout the forthcoming year.
Their chosen charities for 2022 were the National Deaf Children’s Society (Cambridge and Huntingdon Branch) and the Spana Charity, which supports working animals across the globe.
Thanks to the generosity of our King’s Ely Junior community at everything from bake sales to non-uniform days, we raised a whopping £11,509.35p in total, which will be divided equally between the two charities.
