Burwell Tigers FC Girls Secretary, Claire Lawrence, said: “Grace is a valued member of our team who always has a smile on her face. She is determined and always gives her best.”
Also known as the Pink Ladies, the Tigers were presented with both trophies by representatives of the Football Association.
