TO celebrate the end of the academic year, our Ely Scheme students and staff enjoyed a final get-together and scrumptious hog roast!

In true Ely Scheme fashion, there were also a number of team challenges for both students and staff, including ‘reach’, where one person has to reach out as far as possible without touching the floor to place a flag (using another person for aid), ‘hang tough’ and completing sections of the school assault course while holding as much water as possible in cups.

There was also a quiz and a number of speeches to round off the evening, including thank you’s to Sophie Cheng, who leaves King’s Ely at the end of term after seven years as Director of Outdoor Education.
