What better way to launch our Reception children’s new topic on Biomes than with a visit from ‘The Animal Experience’!

Kayleigh Price, who is Manager of the family-run, Stretham-based menagerie, popped along to King’s Ely Acremont Pre-Prep yesterday (January 10th) with some scaly and slithery members of her collection.

Our Reception classes were in their element getting up close to and learning lots of fascinating facts about Max the blue-tongued skink, Lightning the bearded dragon, and Mowgli the tegu. Pupils were also able to interact with Charlie the royal python, Gizmo the sugar glider, Lulu the chinchilla, and Mr Hiss the Madagascan hissing cockroach.

At Acremont Pre-Prep, every day is a learning and play adventure. Small class sizes, highly-qualified, caring staff and excellent teaching mean that pupils from the age of two reach their full potential. Our dynamic and creative curriculum is supported by carefully planned trips, visits from experts, and new and innovative technology.

Thank you so much for visiting us, Kayleigh – the children have not stopped talking about the experience, especially Gizmo!
