Our Porta Library is renowned for its Hogwarts-esque features, so no wonder School Librarians, Charlotte Smith and Genny Snell, went all out to celebrate Harry Potter Book Day!
Year 6 King’s Ely Junior pupils and Key Stage 2 English Coordinator, Mr Bramley, were invited to join in on the fun and frolics, which included readings, quizzes, wand practise, games, and of course, dressing up.
Harry Potter Book Day has officially been moved to October now, and the good news is that Mrs Smith and Mrs Snell have agreed to hold another library event then too!
